Why do churches fall apart?
Churches fall apart because of heresy. Persecution or trouble never destroys a church. What was a bigger problem for the early church heresy or persecution? Heresy divides churches. It gathers Christians around ideas or people and pulls them away from Christ. Persecution unites churches and forces Christians to gather together and get closer to Christ. Heresies come in different styles. Some are built on false prophecies and some are built on false prophets. Churches die when they move from truth to lies. They are destroyed when they move from following the Messiah to a minister.
